Professional work

Plastipak Industries

Broadway Material and Traffic Coordinator. Night shift. Plant 0076 and outside warehouses 176 and 276. Truck orders and bills of lading, live inventory adjustments, record audit and correction, material movement, and direction of operators inside SAP-supported warehouse processes.

NerdLife LLC

Paid contract work in AI and software systems: pre-code agent instructions, codebase structure, model evaluation, GimbalOS V2, and verified project handoffs. Work starts from the assigned repository state, preserves existing changes, tests the delivered slice, and states access limits.

Independent engineering

Warehouse Agent, PPK076, local AI workflow tools, and PythOS. Operational software, three-dimensional environments, and low-level operating-system development.

Selected systems

Warehouse Agent 3.7.1

Independent React / Electron application. Reads SAP ZLX03 and LX03 spreadsheet exports and ranks consolidation, put-away, and floor-control work. Same-material handling, storage-type boundaries, side-bin restrictions, empty-bin visibility. It does not write to SAP.

NerdLife · GimbalOS V2

Companies vertical slice, Contacts linked through a nullable company relationship, production build regenerated and baseline confirmed before handoff. Organization branding requirements separated from CRM company records. Instruction files for coding agents: architecture rules, file boundaries, tests, model comparison, evidence-based review.

PythOS

Independent x86-64 OS from UEFI boot through a ring-0 kernel and ring-3 capability shell. Verified: boot, serial evidence, memory and scheduler, exceptions, ELF loading, capabilities, checkpoint persistence, keyboard, QEMU and physical-machine boot. Research and engineering, not a commercial OS.

Independent warehouse modeling environment. About 500 hours of modeling, software, documentation, testing, and revision. The recording below is an actual run: orbit, walk from Shipping Office, mount, third-person camera, ZLX02 import, then drive the occupied aisles. It is not a scripted tour.

Work standards

Separate confirmed facts, inferences, and items that still need verification.
Stay inside agreed scope, access, schedule, and compensation. Changes are discussed first.
Change production records and systems only with clear authority.
Distinguish a concept, a prototype, a verified build, and a deployed system.
Surface errors, correct them, document the cause, and fix the process that allowed them.
Hand off so another person can inspect and continue the work.
A tool must fit the people expected to use it.

How I start

Defined problem, owner priorities, systems already in place. Smallest deliverable that can be inspected and tested. Observe the current process, name the failure point, set authority and data boundaries, build with controlled inputs, document limits before anyone decides to expand.
